American Red Cross has a talkgroup on the Chattanooga trunk system, 24592, analog mode.

There is a shelter set up at the Brainerd Recreation Center and the talkgroup is intermittently active.

Yeah, I started picking this up yesterday. At first I thought it was a GA TGID, since all of their stuff is in the 24000 area. I then heard "West/East Campus" and didn't know what to think. This morning I heard someone ask if anyone was awake at Red Cross or Salvation Army!
