I was wondering if anyone in the rockland area monitors this organization, I listen to them frequently and it gets pretty interesting at night, people reporting suspicious people, following people in the Monsey area, the sort of thing Shomrim is known for. I've compiled a partial channel layout that they operate on, it's not complete yet so if anyone has any frequencies they would like to add, feel free.

463.575- 315dpl dispatch/operations
463.500- 110.9pl operations(seldom used)
462.3625 csq operations with voice inversion

462.3625 is a unit to unit channel, I'll see if I can get you an FCC license.
