I bought a cheap(under $2), stick on, CB mic holder at a truck stop to use on the dash of my pickup. It has 3M tape on the back. I've used it for a couple of months now and thought I'd share it with everyone. I got an extra belt clip that I cut shorter so it would fit inside the mic holder. It could also be used with the button style that are on the back of some radios. Make sure to clean the surface you are going to stick it to with alcohol first. I'm sure it would work better on a smooth surface that a rough one. They are sold in chrome or black or glow-in-the-dark. This is a 2000 Dodge Dakota.

I used one of those for a while in my car for my 396, but eventually the summer heat weakened the adhesive and it fell off. I replaced it with one of the 99 cent metal ones that attach with screws.
