City of Maricopa PD

I picked up an SDS 100 and have it programmed from Zip Scanner and I confirmed with Sentinel that it had all of the available system/dept/channels configured for my area. That said, I cannot for the life of me get our local police department to come up (City of Maricopa PD). Anyone interested in helping a newbie out?

Looking at the database they appear to be encrypted.

Sorry, but there is no way to listen to encrypted comms.

Unfortunately no. Any talkgroup in a trunked radio system ID'ed in the database as mode "DE" CANNOT be monitored with any receiver of any kind, no ifs ands or buts

You can listen all you like, but unless you can decrypt various iterations of AES/DES or whatever algorithm they are using, you won't hear anything intelligible.
