City of Plaquemine & Iberville Parish Help

I recently purchased a Uniden BCD996XT, and had it programmed at scannermasters. They did program it for Iberville Parish, but I have yet to get any hits for the city of Plaquemine or IPSO. Am i doing some thing wrong?

Iberville Parish SO is on the LWIN 700 System. ID# 19002, 19001 and 19000. For the most part 19002 is used 99% of the time. Very seldom I have heard SO on 19001 and 19000. I cannot verify Plaquemine PD, White Castle PD or any others in that parish. I will say there are some other IDs that I have not been able to identify who they were for. I have been trying to figure them out. One of the ID's is 19014 and 19018. If I were to guess I would venture to say those id's do belong to Plaguemine PD and White Castle. As soon as I can identify who is using those id's I will submit them to the db. Iberville SO has been on 700 for some time now, just not sure why they have not been listed in the DB yet.

It has been 15 years since i have purchased a scanner and I am very new to this programming. I did buy the ARC-XT software to program it, but I don't really know what I am doing. how do i input that information with those numbers you gave me. Can i add those to the Iberville or Plaquemine scan groups that i am already getting nothing on? Please help!

I would hazard a guess that some of those are also Parish OEP. Posibly also FD's
