good evening folks:
I am visiting the forks area due to a passing of my mother.
now i would like to know what is the s.o. and police and fire are using, i have been up there but the traffic is not happening, any info would be nice so i can program my 536 and ws1080 while i am up there, any help would be awesome, and i did look in the db to very ;little results!

If you are just visiting the immediate area, I think most local stuff is on conventional frequencies. You'll likely need this system for WSP.

It looks like a majority of public safety is VHF conventional, minus 4 UHF frequencies.
Edit: Closet local PD I believe would be Port Angela's PD, and State would be Conventional P25 District 8 154.770 NAC D80

ty i was in beaver today and thew only signals i picked up was usdf law enforcement, and the fire watch towers, so there is not a repeater in forks or beaver at all??
