Clarkstown PD (Rockland) repeater problems

A heads up for those who like to monitor Clarkstown PD.

They've been having major issues with their 156.195 repeater, and have been using their SIU repeater instead: 161.790 (82.5 PL)

Finally get to hear some traffic on their secondary channel. I wonder if this will hasten their switchover to the 700 system.
