Clearwater City Services, No Control channel?

It has been around a week and a half and I am getting no trunking from the clearwater system at all. Pinellas P25 and analog systems are fine however. Up until a week and a half ago it came in nearly perfect, now nothing. No programming changes have been made or anything either. Any idea on what the problem is or are others experiencing a similar problem? There have been a few solar flares recently for maybe it's just that but even when i'm in clearwater I get nothing.

I'm receiving the system fine from Tampa as of 12:45am. I was in Pinellas Park all afternoon and evening and did not have any problems. It may be a combination of weather, interference and/or your location.
