CLMRN Outage

Advised by a Bridgeport cop that since Midnight they have had huge issues with the CLMRN, also keep hearing South West Cmed has all its channels that are used with the state are off line, I did hear a Bridgeport FD truck call Southwest a few times and someone answered them and told them south west was off line because of issues with the CLMRN fiber in the area
Im amazed that the system is so fragile it can be off line for some dispatch centers for 16+Hours

I was in Darien a few weeks ago and the PD LT i was talking to said they were discussing going to CLMRN, at the time a great idea as they only have to buy subscribers, but they might want to wait a while until the system is more reliable

It is true there are huge issues going on right now, but the State relies on mutable vendors to work on/repair/install the infrastructure of the system and in my experience its more than likely its a vendor issue (IMHO)

Med 9 and Med 10 still work great tho humm. . The depts around here have everything simulcasted and linked to LB and UHF
