Close call - avoiding radio stations

So I like close call, but always pick up radio stations.

Is the best way to avoid these, is to block the freq range that FM radio stations use?

(edit: I just realized I made an assumption you have a 436 or 536 but either way - I think this works the same way on other models)

436...i actually have that exact printed manual, just haven't made my way to that part yet.
