Close call hit

I was leaving the area of Stalwart Industrial and Stouffville Road in Gormley yesterday afternoon around 4:30 and my CC picked up a NXDN frequency of 168.2 with a RAN of 2 (it changed to 3). The transmission was garbled like it was off frequency or encrypted. I was driving so I couldn’t study it closely. Anybody have any ideas? I’m pretty sure the frequency isn’t quite right, like maybe it’s 168.21 or something. Just putting it out there.

On 168.195 is Telequip out of King City so it probably could be that. This very well may be an input frequency for one of the other outputs listed.
