Cochise County P25 Phase 2 TRS

I made a pleasant surprise this weekend. Cochise County which was supposed to have been using a new TRS system many months ago, appears to have solved their issues and may be nearing testing.

There are four stand-alone sites and one simulcast site, currently up and running.

Two of the sites are not yet broadcasting the neighboring site associations and one site, is not yet confirming the alternate CC channel.

It seems that over the past month, CCSO has been migrating over to their new system. (It's been a month since I've been in that county )

I only heard one TG 1001, Dispatch, active. I would guess that more would be available on their new system.

Some folks are still on the legacy system, but those heard on the CCSO TRS, are on the system, as their UID's came up for each deputy heard.
