Does anyone know if columbus police department is encrypted on their digitals cause can't get them for nothing and only picks up sheriffs once in awhile

Barth Sheriff is digital. How ever Columbus went back to 800 low band they had trouble. I have a brother in law who is on CPD force. Sheriff has been on the new system for around 6 months I listen to them daily on my 396. I hope this helps.. I love it
