Do you mean use a computer program to activate pager tones? If so, the answer is yes, there are several. If you're asking about using the computer as a voice pager than you've lost me on that one.

Let me try this again. Do you want a computer program that will actually activate existing voice pagers or just have the same tones sounds that you want to listen to? If it's to activate existing pagers, what brand and model? There's no software that will work with every pager known to man.

I think he wants the PC to act as a decoder.

Sounds easy, assuming you can find someone to write the program for you.

Let me try this again. Sorry that I’m causing a confusion.
I'm looking for a program that when it receives the two proper audio tones through audio I’ve running through my computer it will set off a sound on my computer or something to alert me (on my computer). So instead of having to purchase a new/used pager or have the one I’ve now to be reprogrammed. I don't need any programs that generate tones or set other pagers off.
If I’m still not understandable, I’ll get the description right eventually.

There is (was?) a program called Wintone that is supposed to decode
paging tones. I tried it a couple years ago and could not get it to work.
I don't know if it is still available or not. The url I had doesn't exist now.

If you want to generate tones, NCH Tone Generator will allow you to
make a single or 2 or more simultaneous tones either continuously
or specific duration and allows you to save them as .wav files.

They also have a tone dectector program but I have not used it.
