Conar 1 & 3 ??

Yesterday I was monitoring some E-3 activity on AICC 364.2 while they were in ZKC airspace.. DRAGNET told BANDSAW to monitor CONAR 1 & 3. Has anyone ever heard reference to conar freq designations before?? I did some searching but came up empty.

They pronounce it CONAR, but its actually CONR as in the abbreviation for Continental Norad Region. CONR-1 and CONR-3 are SATCOM nets.
