Maybe someone can help me out,i have a scanner that i got about 20
years ago that someone gave me.It is about 4"x 2".It has 4 l.e.d.
lights with a 9 volt battery.It has a stationary antenna about 2"
long.It doesn't have squelch. The lights scan but i have only heard
someone talking on it a couple of times. The label on the radio
says:"Concept 2000".It may be a CB radio but i'm not sure.Has anybody
ever heard of this thing?
Thanks,Bob

Concept 2000 Child's 23 Channel CB and AM Radio, I found this on Google, its a old ( late 1960's or early 70's before the change to 40 channel CB) child's CB base like CB transceiver and AM radio if I remember correctly, maybe yours is a 4 channel version of the 23 one or a 4 channel scanner like the old GE Searcher radio and scanner that did not need crystals.

I did more digging, Concept 2000 is a company that also made novelty AM radios like a Mickey Mouse head portable radio and a Mork (Robin Williams) in his egg radio from the Mork and Mindy TV show.
