Do you mean an SDS100? If so, yes, I have no issue monitoring Middlesex County, Troop F, Troop K, Troop H.

Where do you live and did you do something to get them
I live off 95 Exit 73. I work around The State. I hear Mdsx Fire Disp and all the Fire / EMS TGs in East Lyme, Montville, Waterford, Norwich, Salem, and elsewhere in New London County with ease. I have no issues monitoring them from New Haven County or Hartford County, regarding the CLMRN system. The VHF/UHF channels they are limited by the power of their output and terrain.

What I did to receive the talk groups was program the SDS100 and SDS200 with the site frequencies and the talk groups, for the CLMRN channels.

Are you trying to monitor CLMRN or UHF/VHF?
