Contacting Uniden Repair via telephone

I returned my SDS-200 to Uniden well over a month ago. I still haven't been contacted to acknowledge it's receipt. I used FedEx for shipment and have a signature confirmation of delivery. The Repair Status checker at Repair Status doesn't show it either.

Is there a telephone number I can use to contact the Repair Department directly? I'm worried that my unit was somehow lost after being received.

I was in your situation a while back. I called the number above and got a good update.

Uniden repairs do seem to be exceptionally long

This is the same number I used as well (Customer Service: 800-297-1023).
They were able to lookup my Case and gave me an update on the repair status. This was back in the Spring and everything was running slow (took about 7wks to get it back), but turn-around is supposedly quicker now.
