• Effective immediately we will be deleting, without notice, any negative threads or posts that deal with the use of encryption and streaming of scanner audio.

We've noticed a huge increase in rants and negative posts that revolve around agencies going to encryption due to the broadcasting of scanner audio on the internet. It's now worn out and continues to be the same recycled rants. These rants hijack the threads and derail the conversation. They no longer have a place anywhere on this forum other than in the designated threads in the Rants forum in the Tavern.

Anyone know what happened to VHF 160.1100 transmissions? I noticed ConCentral noticeably quiet in the past week or so. ConEast 159.6150 VHF still active.

EBRCS still active and fine ... just wondering on VHF, ...Tone-Out on VHF Central also quiet.

VHF Dispatch is back up as of 11/7. I did't hear anything for a week. The fire tones were still dropping but there was no dispatcher. Still could hear them on TG 6052 on EBRCS.

Thank you, and yes back up late yesterday afternoon. Tone out alerts appear to be back as well.
