Correction Needed in PA

Under the Northumberland County, (PA) Wiki: (Bethlehem Public Safety - The RadioReference Wiki) is wrongfully listed here and should be relocated to the Northampton County, (PA) Wiki where Bethlehem, (PA) is actually located.

Additionally, the reference to Northumberland County (PA) should be removed from the Return to Wiki listing at the bottom of this section.
