Cothen Callsign "KAY"

I have not monitored Cothen ALE for a while and started back up a few days ago, seems lots of new callsigns that are not on Hugh's list ( http://www.ominous-valve.com/Cothen-ALE.pdf ) One of the dominant ones I was logging was "KAY" anyone have any Intel on who this is?

Ship CG KIMBALL (Law Enforce) Registered in USA - Vessel details, Current position and Voyage information - IMO 0, MMSI 303867000, Call Sign NKAY some folks seem to think this is "KAY" im learning ale and cothen so im not 100%sure but that seems to be the general consensus.

Thanks, I think you are correct on this based on its location in relation to mine it would make sense with the frequencies I'm decoding them on.
