CPD/CFD Ops/Tac Channels

What does CFD and CPD use for ops/tac channels? I've heard many channels that are used be named over the air and is nowhere to be found in the database/wiki.

I'm not exactly sure about CPD, but I know that there's several encrypted talkgroups in the new P25 system

Thats all CFD uses.... I would've thought that they would have more..

I forgot the talkgroups they use for ops at O'Hare and Midway, but that's pretty much it.

Which channels are you referring to?

Fireground, operations, tactical, car to car channels anything other then dispatch that would be used for SOA or Tac channels.

Everything listed in the database is what I got so I guess that's it.

Yes, you have everything we have. I submitted all the information when the CFD system went on line. As you probably know, most fireground and ops channels are simplex and you'll have to be pretty close to hear anything.

Many of the CPD tact and ops channels are on the city's new trunking system and are encrypted.
