Head on crash on 22 ND Street and the Railroad Crossing in Elwood.Two people in car, One is not responding and the other one in trapped in the car.Radio Traffic is on Elwood Fire 154.310 .Radio Traffic was heard that they were calling for Doveflight. Did not hear anyting out of Doveflight. Did hear they took people to the hospital.
