When will they be going digital? Will they abandon their own systems and use the State of Kansas system?

Really? Based on what? Some kind of official information or just a wild guess? As much as the state would like to think that every agency is somehow going to join (and finance) their system I think time will tell that not every county has the money to spend nor the desire to lose coverage to 800 digital.

Don's right. It cost Leavenworth County something like $22,000,000 to join and put up their simulcast system. My figure comes from the newspaper.
