I would say, you got listen little better, to what you are hearing. OPS 10 is Portland Fire OPS channel. If you heard Fire Units on CRESA talking about OPS 10, they were likely called to help Portland on call, which they both do a lot.

It was cresa911 fire dispatch , firecomm called for ops 10, which makes sense since fire boats were called

As long as my hearing is redeemed 😀 over a decade in the engine rooms of OSV's (young n dumb not always wearing earmuffs) my hearing is crap
