Does anyone have any pictures of a crown vic with a nice scanner set-up? I'd be interested to see that.

I have a 99 crown vic, but its got the split bench seat, theres not a lot of room from under the ashtray to the seat, Ive considered buying one of those hump mounts and mounting a pro 2051 and small 2 meter stacked on top, but it will be cramped, the ex-police cars with the bucket seats have alot more possibilities

I put all my pics up previously, but below are just a few of them. Only difference is that I replaced the Uniden BCT-15 with a Digital BCD996T, which is interfaced with a GPS for State of Illinois Starcom 21 trunking system selective monitoring.

It is a Code 3, model 3696PLH Air Horn & light controller. It's in the same form factor as the siren/light controller such as Vcon emergency series, but mine is for air horn / PA / lights only. I am a Code 3 authorized reseller, and everything in the car (with the exception of the Yaesu FT-857D & Uniden BCD996T) is company-owned. This is one of our demo-cars from the company. All of the lighting is amber for our PSE AMBER line of products. The large silver toggle switch put the '996 on the PA for demo purposes.

So, let's not get into the "whacker" dialog, yea, I know where that can go. I am a retired law enforcement officer with 30+ years in the career, and this is my retirement job 40 hours a week.
