I have gotten some frequencies for 3 new repeaters. I also have the CTCSS for them but they are not the standard tones. For those of you big into programming can you make up your own CTCSS outside of the standard? Ex. 123.8 instead of 123.0 or 127.3 127.8 instead of 127.3 or 131.8 I thought CTCSS could only use the 42 standard kHz tones but on commercial rigs can you go in between two standard tones?

No, but the bandwidth of the decoders is wide enough that setting it to 123 will decode a 124 Hz tone.
