Database shows update-I cant get it

I see there is an update for the county I scan (Ontario county, NY), though when I tried to update my Home Patrol thru sentinel, it tells me my version is current. it says the database is 11/17/13. I obviously just updated a couple days ago and had no problems. What could I be doing wrong?

The Sentinel database is only updated once a week, and is available for download Monday late morning/early afternoon.

Thanks. I saw the 11/21 near the county and thought it was available. Thanks again.
