Davis County Call Signs - What are they?

This question has come up from time to time but I do not remember a definitive answer ever being posted. I have run a search on this forum using different search terms and could not find an answer so I will pose it to the rest of the Utah Forum members.

Davis County has a different way of identifying its different cities' PD cars which does not comply with the radio call signs issued by the state. For instance, Woods Cross units are known as X-ray. I believe that North SL are known as November, etc.

Does anyone have a comprehensive list of the call signs used in Davis County? What are the call signs?

Woods Cross PD - X or Xray units
Bountiful PD - 2G units
Farmington PD - Fox units
Centerville PD - Victor units
West Bountiful PD - Whiskey Units
Davis County Sheriff's Office - Delta units
UHP - three number callsigns
Clinton PD - Tango units
Sunset PD - Sierra units
Syracuse PD - Yankee units
Kaysville PD - Kilo units

Now my question. I just put up a 900 MHz yagi, and can now get a good signal on cell 1 from home. Does anyone have a similar list for Weber County?

This is the reason I was asking about Davis County. I believe that wbloss has posted some preliminary call signs since the changes commenced up there, but I can't find them now.

By the way, thanks for this info. You should post this in the RR Wiki Collaboration section under Utah > Davis County similar to the Box Elder County entry.

THeaton put them in Cache Co on the left under files. The other file is the list of fire stations. Handy place.

I am thinking Tim is on vacation or some such - I sent updates several days ago and no change yet.

As a matter of fact, Tim and his wife are on a European vacation. I spoke to him over a week ago in an e-mail.

The reason I was looking for this information is that Lindsay wants all of this content moved out of the Database and placed in the Wiki. That is the reason for the "Collaboration" thing. I have been moving information as I can, but right now I'm locked out for some unknown reason. Must have violated some rule I don't know about yet - or overlooked.

As soon as I can log back in to the Wiki, I'll get this info placed there so it will not be lost.
