Have the pro 106 bought used, came with a power cord that is 300 MH, shows in manual should be at least 500 MH for charging, am I hurting the radio or batteries by not using the correct one ?

For charging while running the scanner 300 mA should be ok. However, charging while running remote will require additional mA's.
