Delaware City 448.825 MHz repeater

The repeater has been upgraded to dual mode: Analog and DMR.
Analog in / Analog out DMR in / DMR out
It is not connected to a network, all comms are local.

DMR details:
CC1
Talkgroup 1 ID = 1001 Time Slot 1 Named “TG1”
Talkgroup 2 ID = 1002 Time Slot 2 Named “TG2”

For analog users turn on the Receive Tone (131.8 Hz) on your radio to eliminate the buzzing sound when DMR is active.

Nice to have a local only dmr repeater available! It would be nice to have a static 3110 (Delaware) somewhere, seems to compete with tri state on the wr3irs machine in Wilmington a bit.
