NB Lanes of I-25 are closed at 6th Ave for investigation of a fatal auto / ped now the traffic reporters are advising a 12 car accident in the SB lanes near 6th Ave as well.

Here's my only question on this:

9News reported that the peds body was left uncovered for 2 hrs until the coroner arrived.
"The victim's body remained uncovered on the interstate for about two hours during the morning commute, until the coroner arrived on scene to investigate. Once the coroner arrived, it took about 20 minutes before the body was covered, then another 20 minutes to remove the body."

What did they think was going to happen by leaving the body uncovered for that long? Most folks on I-25 will slow even for any flashing lights that are on the opposite side of the highway!!! And whatever happened to a little respect for the deceased??
