• Effective immediately we will be deleting, without notice, any negative threads or posts that deal with the use of encryption and streaming of scanner audio.

We've noticed a huge increase in rants and negative posts that revolve around agencies going to encryption due to the broadcasting of scanner audio on the internet. It's now worn out and continues to be the same recycled rants. These rants hijack the threads and derail the conversation. They no longer have a place anywhere on this forum other than in the designated threads in the Rants forum in the Tavern.

If you violate these guidelines your post will be deleted without notice and an infraction will be issued. We are not against discussion of this issue. You just need to do it in the right place. For example:

DENVER - A major intersection was shut down and a hazardous materials team called after an accident involving a semi truck carrying mail early Friday morning.

Denver Police shut down the intersection at Colorado Boulevard and Martin Luther King Jr., Boulevard for several hours after two trucks collided around 6:30 a.m.

Police say the postal truck was heading south on Colorado Boulevard when it hit a construction vehicle.

The driver of the postal truck was transported to Denver Health Medical Center where he was listed in fair condition.

The driver's identity was not released.

The intersection was closed for around three hours Friday morning while the hazardous materials team cleaned up the scene.

Also notice the Northglenn Amb onscene, there doing a lot of OLFA's lately. Especially in all parts of NE Denver, seems to be the choice over Action Care even though they have a station on Montbello.
