Hi, just wondering or any reason why the baggage TGs were not included on the new P-25 system? I see that they still use the same Harris radios but recently changed companies, and almost positive I found them on two TGs related to bag jams when called.

The database is built off user submissions. If you come across new TGs that are not in the database, please make a submission.

Mainly because I'm one of the few people still submitting things into the database. I decided to submit early when the system was still new, so I did not have the full picture at the time. The DIA entry is 80% there, but there's still a number of talkgroups out there that were never identified.

36300-36308: Baggage talkgroups
36353: In the "Customer Service" Range
36514-36517, 36520: In the "Maintenance" Range
36553: DIA DFD 4
36554: DIA DFD 5
36559-36562: Probably DIA DPD stuff, but almost never used.
36607, 36615-16618: In the "Operation" Range
36702-36703: In the "Radio Shop" Range
38801-38811: New patches to analog frequencies used at the airport.

New and/or undefined talkgroups tend to appear on most all trunk systems over time. Some may not have been detected yet and others have but they haven't been identified (users) or folks may just not have submitted them.

Everyone from time-to-time should use the search features on their radios - talkgroup wildcards, ID Search, etc. - and help find (and then submit) new finds.

Relying solely on the RRDB puts all the burden on "someone else". It's everyone's responsibility.

Thanks for all the efforts helping to keep the Colorado databases updated, Spitfire.
