Does anyone know how I can find out which counties are considered North and which South?

If the assigned TGs on SAFE-T start with 1 they are North Zone, if 2 they are South Zone. Also the SDH has districts that have multiple Counties in each. The Districts and Counties in them are listed in the DB I believe.
The only real variants in the 1/2 scheme are a few State Agencies, Railroads, Federal Agencies, and National Guard.

Go to the Indiana safe-t P-25 and go to Indiana dept health
