DeSoto Co TRS

What recent changes have been made to the DeSoto county TRS? Was it just a reband or a system change? I have talked to several people who have said they can't monitor it any longer. Any info will help. Thanks.

DeSoto is transitioning over to MSWIN. The Type II TRS may have converted. Listeners need to search for P25 CC on the 800 MHz, as well as just checking all the freqs to see if they did an split and have part of it on MSWIN, part on Type II.

So far they are not running E on the MSWIN except for that one PD and they are mixed encryption.... Sheriff so far is in the clear.

Well, from talking to a Southaven PD guy I think they will be encrypted. All of the LE in the county may not, but I believe they will.

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?
I'm in Desoto County listening to MSWIN but not picking up any Desoto traffic. I hear Marshall County and MHP fine but nothing local. Running a BCD396T.

SO has an active tg as does hpd hpd is half encrypted. Rest of county will be on soon.
