I noticed this new group listed on TXWARN this morning , anyone know what it is used for ?

Yesterday morning I heard radio techs working on the tower in Groveton, using this TGID 20244, and identifying it as DETCOG 1. Deep East Texas Council of Governments that oversees the towers north of Montgomery County and east of i-45. So I submitted it to RR. DETCOG has some TGIDs reserved for their use for catastrophic events, but this is the first one I have identified.
Also the Corrigan Tower is up and running, I am trying to identify the frequencies being used on it.
