The xxx.4375s are the old Stapleton freqs that were added to the trunk a while back, so it must be something to do with keeping them after rebanding, Don't have a theory for the 6th one.

DIA and blinded by the 1024x768 light.

857.6375 is most likely replacing 860.4375 for rebanding. Also I saw somewhere all the DIA 866 and 867 freqs are moving down 15 MHz for rebanding as well.

I'm under the impression that the July date for the STA is when everything that needs rebanding in this region needs to be completed.

When DIA established the backup radio site at A Concourse separate from the main antenna farm, the 5 new frequencies were never licensed for the new location. The last time the DIA radio system was upgraded a few years ago, it was decided to simulcast from the backup site along with the antenna farm site. At that time, it was noticed there was no license for the backup site for the new frequencies. FCC would not grant a permanent license during the rebanding period, the 860.4375 frequency being the main problem. A Special Temporary Authorization (thats what this license is) was issued for the backup site so it could finally go on the air for simulcast. I do not know why the 857.6375 frequency is included in this list
