Did St Cloud change their TG (24444) or go encripted?

I was looking at a log from my scanner and didnt see any of the St Cloud PD dispatch talk group 24444 pop up. Very strange as that is a busy area. I did update some groups on my scanner so maybe I typed something in wrong but the talk group is there and active. Just wondering if I did something wrong or if they changed something.

Thats good to know. I didnt change any Sterns talk groups in my update. 24444 is still in the scanner but it didnt pop up on my log (its not locked out either). Guess I'll look over my current and previous programming a bit more.

Sterns has not gone encrypted as I am still hearing them. Just not noticing St Cloud.

Checked my logs back to May and don't see 24444. Closest was 24420. Plenty of other St Cloud transmissions.

Thats what I had as a talk group for St Cloud Dispatch. Is that correct or are you hearing it on another talk group?

Thank you for those. The most recent date I saw in the files was in May. I believe the switch was in July sometime

I left my SDS200 on scanning so will check the logs when I get home Monday. Was hoping the big E wouldn’t make its way to St. Cloud.

Just looked over my logs. From wednesday until now, no st cloud pd hits. Seems st cloud went E.

Might try the St Cloud Police Ops channels, specifically Ops 3 [24450]. Sometimes I get that on the other side of the county.
