Receiving unknown digital/data format transmission here in Warren Co KY on 404.810 FM/S3 strength. Receiving on Icom 8600 on a discone. Unknown length of time it has been active. 0840 CDT 05/26/23 Any ideas?

400-406 is generally Satellite / Weather Balloons

That is a known radiosonde frequency.

And at around the time it would be up. Over 100 NWS sites release their radiosondes to be aloft around 0000 and 1200 *UTC* (GMT). It was a DFM17 released from Nashville, TN. (The actual release point is the NWS adjacent to Shutes Branch Recreation Area.)
Many of us have purchased software to track these (they send GPS info) and have recovered them when they come down by parchute (I have recovered more than 15). That location uses that frequency.
