Certaintly in big cities. At least Chicago and New York are too good for that mess. THANK God I dont live in DC. Encryption on TOP of digital is something even Satan would find too evil.

Whoever thought digital would be a good idea should be put in a straight jacket. Fisher Price kiddie Walkie Talkies have a stronger signal than this crap.

I though analog 800mhz signals were weak, but digital makes it seem like its long range 42 mhz highway patrol.

Digital KILLED portable tv also. You cant get a digital tv signal more than 10 miles away now. I use to be able to get an analog tv signal 50 miles away easy on my little pocket tv.

"Progress" half the time is not better. And LOL at digital being any type of progress.

As you can see Im pretty salty about all of this. I grew up scanning in the 90s where listening to any celluar or cordless phone conversation was the norm.
