Discovering Mototrbo Trunked System Sites

I am using my 536hp scanner to correct a Trunked System in the RRDatabase. So far, I have discovered 5 different Sites on this System, but I have only heard the county that I am interested in talking on 2 of the Sites. I have been monitoring this System for months now. Should all 5 of the Sites be listed in RRDatabase or just the ones that are active? Thanks for any assistance

Only the active systems. Submit the others after they are in use.

The other three may be added to the Wiki for a reference point for others to look at.

To clarify this answer... if the sites are active with any activity, they would be listed in the database; it just may be that the county the OP is monitoring is only showing up on those two particular sites.
