Disposition RTF

I have heard the state police as well as a few SO's in Louisiana say "10-98 RTF" when they complete a call. Does anyone know what the disposition RTF means?

RTF= Report To Follow
NAT= Nessacary Action Taken

And, depending on the department, you may also hear:

NCOA = No Complainant On Arrival
NTI = Nothing To It (may be an unofficial dispo; seems to fall between NAT and Unfounded!)

and...

GOA = Gone on Arrival
