Hey All. Was a busy weekend! from what I could sort out, KMA: Your 3 freqs in question from site 20 of that system mentioned; 453.425 is a voice NEXEDGE for a local school district, The 484.1625 theres nothing up there, and the other one I havent seen anything.

As for the Apple stuff going on; heres my Freqs file:

I just noted the ARS stuff within the last 10 minutes on that freq but i believe its part of this.

I am only seeing the Active CC for Ch 1 otherwise, none of the other licensed freqs as Ive observed have been spiking.

It's all good ! I was just MIA for the past two days, as I got a "hot" job that I had to deliver to Cupertino, CA on Wednesday I'm back in AZ.
