Not sure whether you are asking about PA DCNR or MD DCNR. I am guessing you are in Chester County, which is PA district 17. They may be on 151.385 for a short while, but will be switching to 154.88250
. White Clay Creek Park is in that district on 151.2725.

MD Department of Natural Resources indicates 155.850 is a mobile repeater, so probably not the one you want to monitor. I don't see 155.115 anywhere, so not sure where you got that, but you can look at the list of frequencies for MD and figure out which ones you want to monitor.
