Does Comcast/Xfinity Have A Radio Frequency?

I am currently waiting for the Comcast repair technician. The operator mentioned that he will check with dispatch to find out when he will be here, therefore it sounds like they may use radios. However, I do not see listings anywhere in the FCC DB for Comcast or Xfinity in NJ. Does anyone have info on this? Just curious.

Not in NJ, but in my area they switched to Cellular several years ago. All their radio use is gone.

I have Xfinity in Cape May and have seen them use the quick c onnect feature on various cellphones to talk

comcast/xfinity is entirely cellular now. even their MDT / in vehicle computers are cellular / GPS for vehicle locator, GPS maps, and service order updates / dispatching.
