I am trying to locate the frequencies for Dominion Va. Power for Brunswick County, I assume we are in the Petersburg district.

You are in the Southside District, the office is located in South Hill. They use lowband in that district, the metro area offices use UHF. Here is a list that I found in an older RR post/topic:

I used to have the listing for Southern Division on my former website (I still have it somewhere). Wasn't thinking about that or I may have done some digging. Thanks Jeff for finding that. I think I was involved in that earlier thread.
