Dominion Virginia Power Relief Help down South

Dominion Virginia Power has sent several Power Crews down to Florida for stand by for power outages. I was wondering would they use there on frequencies ? ? Or would they use radios that are already in the outage area ? Do they bring portable repeaters with them ? or would it all be on simplex ?

There is a list in the db here of all the VA power companies. Dominion uses a bunch of different freqs depending on where they are from. Most of the ones that came here recently used their own radios but had Dominion people with them doing the actual heating up of circuits. Your local power comp freqs should be busy.
