Dover, NH Police modification

The Dover, NH Police Department has modified operations and changed frequency. The old simplex frequency of 154.680 with a PL of 136.5 has been changed to a new repeater pair with an output of 151.0625 and PL of 136.5, while remaining capable of P25 operations at any time.

I have submitted this change to the database for consideration.

I have positively confirmed all operations have shifted to 151.0625/136.5

Why can I only hear one side of the conversation? I hear the person at the PD with no problem but the officer in the vehicle? Just a very loud hum and a hiss when he/she speaks.
