Download Data to Scanner

It's been awhile ... I've done it before ... but can't figure out how to make it work.
I am a Premium Subscriber and would like to download information from the Database directly into my scanner.
I am using one of the recommended programs - ARC396Pro

For some reason I can't figure out how to get this to work.

Any Suggestions ...

RadioReference.com imports uses new SOAP interface starting 8/1/2009. You need to insure your software is up to date and you have Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1 Download details: .NET Framework Version 1.1 Redistributable Package.

Hi Frank ...
I downloaded that program you mentioned ... but nothing came up when I ran it.
Am I doing something wrong ... or do you have some instructions on how to download the frequencies into my scanner.
Like I said before I am using the ARC396Pro software which is one of the recommended programs.
It says you must be a Premium Subscriber ... which I am.
However when I go to the software and click on the internet buttom it asks for convent or trunking ...
I put in my user name, and password ... but can't select a State, County, or even System??

It says at the bottom of the screen: "RadioRefDisconnected... wait retrieving HTTP data ... but nothing comes up.

Any further instructions as to how to go about making this work?

You are using an old release of ARC396, update to V3.2.
MS .net is not required to run the AR396 software programs.

Sorting Groups

I have been able to get my program working with the update ...
I have entered a number of systems ... and have been able to sort them via assigned numbers.
My new question is ... is there some way to sort the Groups via the assigned numbers?
